Exercise: Healing Ulcerative Colitis
To overcome the acute problems, you will use the yogic breath and the standard method to relax and center yourself in your subtle field. Then you will use the visual screen and remote viewing to study the condition of the first chakra gate as well as the lower physical and physical-material chakra gates.
Take note of where you find fields of distorted energy and consciousness that interact directly with the chakra gates. Then fill the first chakra field, lower physical chakra field, and lower physical-material fields with prana (go to chapter 5). Once they’re glowing with prana, use the prana box to release the distorted fields of energy and consciousness that interfere with the functions of the first chakra gate, physical chakra gate, and physical-material chakra gate (go to page 111).
Next, use your remote viewing skills to observe the condition of the lower pelvic area. Use rays of energy from your fourth and sixth chakra to fill the area with the appropriate healing color (see chapter 8). Then use the prana brush to saturate the area with prana (go to page 109). Repeat the sessions for five days. At the end of each day’s session, recharge yourself.
Summary
In this chapter, you learned to perform mental healing and to use the prana brush and prana box to perform absentee healing. Then you learned to use a combination of healing techniques to heal common ailments such as cancer, hyperactivity, depression, colitis, etc. You can use many of the same techniques to heal other conditions that affect your health and the health of your clients.
So-called psychosomatic diseases are some of the easiest conditions to heal. Psychosomatic diseases include migraines, neurodermitis, phobias, ulcers, as well as many other diseases that influence people in the modern world. Diseases that are more closely related to weaknesses or a breakdown in the physical body such as heart disease, diabetes, and glandular problems can also be treated, but they often take more time before noticeable improvements appear. In both cases, however, use what you learned with confidence. If you work methodically and persistently, in time both you and your clients will benefit greatly from your work.
In the next chapter, you will learn to use vibration, empathy, and stroking in combination with what you’ve already learned to perform laying on of hands.
